10. Da... - Assault, conspiracy to rape 30/01/85

Due to her accurate descriptions of her attackers Ms. Davies attended a series of I.D parades. On one she selected Duffy from the line up as the smaller of her attackers.

On the I.D. parade that Mr. David Mulcahy attended, she selected another man.

As usual Duffy´s account and attempt to implicate Mr. David Mulcahy in this attack is substantially different to that of the victim. The prosecution failed to offer any evidence other than Duffy´s highly dubious account against Mr. David Mulcahy.
